Knutte & Associates, P.C. (K&A), provides comprehensive audit, accounting, tax, and management advisory services. K&A was founded in 1973 by Managing Partner J. Michael Knutte.

K&A is comprised of three main departments: Tax, Audit, and Accounting. The tax department compliments traditional audit and accounting services with the strongest emphasis placed on tax planning. Our audit department provides a full range of services from audit, review and compilation reports, to specialized compliance auditing. Our accounting department works on a daily basis with our clients preparing financial statements, profit and loss statements, as well as troubleshooting and answering questions.

Areas of specialization within the Firm include serving For-Profit Career Schools and Colleges, Independent Grocery Retailers, and Governmental, Not-For-Profit and Corporate entities. K&A is licensed to practice in 42 states.
